Hi I’m Dr. Lynn Yudofsky. I practice lifestyle psychiatry, which focuses on treating the whole individual using holistic and integrative approaches to the mind + body. I believe that each patient is unique and that there is no one-size-fits-all approach.

Dr. Yudofsky practices several different modalities of psychotherapy to meet each patient’s needs. Psychotherapy can be extremely beneficial and can improve interpersonal relationships, enhance understanding and processing of emotions and thoughts, and reduce feelings of emotional distress.

Psychiatric medications can improve one’s mental state, mood, and overall functioning in life. Dr. Yudofsky can prescribe medications, as indicated, for those patients who may benefit from them.

Dr. Yudofsky can help patients reach their weight related goals using a multifaceted approach. She has significant experience in this arena and was the Director of Behavioral Health and Medicine for 4 years at Found Health, an obesity medicine and weight care telehealth platform.

Dr. Yudofsky is well-versed in mindfulness-based therapy and has treated many patients using these techniques at the Stanford Center for Integrative Medicine. She has also given several lectures on mindfulness and written book chapters on this subject.

Dr. Yudofsky can help athletes improve their mindset and mental health to enhance their performance. She previously worked at the Stanford Sports Psychiatry Clinic and was the director of this clinic for a period of time.

Dr. Yudofsky can help individuals quit smoking with specialized therapy and medications. She was able to help a number of patients quit smoking during her time working at the Stanford Tobacco Cessation Clinic.

Dr. Lynn Yudofsky is a board-certified psychiatrist with over a decade of experience in wellness-focused care. Passionate about improving mental and physical health, she offers personalized, integrative treatments, including psychotherapy, medication management, and a wide range of lifestyle interventions.
Dr. Yudofsky trained at Yale, Baylor College of Medicine, and UCLA, later joining Stanford University Medical Center, where she focused on Integrative and Lifestyle Psychiatry. Then, as Director of Behavioral Health & Medicine at Found, a revolutionary weight care company, she helped develop programs that transformed care for hundreds of thousands of patients.
A former Academic All-American water polo athlete, she enjoys swimming, cycling, yoga, and dance, integrating her love of movement into her holistic approach to mental well-being.
