WORKING TOGETHER

An Integrative Approach to Mental Wellness
My practice combines the precision of modern psychiatry with comprehensive whole-person care, recognizing that mental health is deeply connected to physical, emotional, and environmental well-being. Through this integrative approach, I carefully blend evidence-based psychiatric treatments with holistic wellness strategies to address the root causes of mental health challenges.
As a lifestyle psychiatrist, I believe in the thoughtful use of medication when appropriate, while also exploring how factors like nutrition, sleep, movement, stress management, and lifestyle choices impact your mental health. This comprehensive strategy allows us to create personalized treatment plans tailored to you.
